"I mistakenly thought that we were being overcharged monthly on one of our policies, based on our annual premium. I called about it and Brittany was more than wonderful, patiently trying to help me reconcile our bill. I finally figured it out with the problem being on our end, not State Farm’s. "I called in and spoke with Brittney on 6/7/24 in regards to non-receipt of insurance card. Unfortunately, the old address had not been changed , although I had provided it twice before.
